Nancy Lee Grahn Criticizes Viola Davis’ #Emmy Acceptance Speech

On Sunday, Sept. 20, soap star Nancy Lee Grahn had some not-so-nice things to say about Viola Davis’ acceptance speech at the 2015 Emmy Awards.

“I wish I loved #ViolaDavis Speech,” Grahn tweeted. “But I thought she should have let @shondarhimes write it.”

Davis made history at the Emmys as the first black woman to ever win the award for Lead Actress in a Drama Series.
