Shannen Doherty’s Breast Cancer Has Worsened, Actress ‘Worried’ About Her Future

Shannen Doherty, of 90210 fame, recently opened up to Entertainment Tonight about her ongoing battle with breast cancer. Though the actress, 45, had a single mastectomy in May, her condition remains serious.

“We discovered that some of the cancer cells might have actually gone out of the lymph nodes,” Doherty shared. “So for that reason, we are doing chemo, and then after chemo, I’ll do radiation.”

Though she still has treatment options, Doherty admitted to being concerned.

“The unknown is always the scariest part,” she explained. “It’s the worry of your future and how your future is going to affect the people that you love.”
