Paul Walker was tragically killed in November 2013 when the Porsche he was riding in crashed and burst into flames. Now the estate of driver Roger Rodas has awarded his daughter, Meadow Walker, $10.1 million.

The settlement signifies that Rodas’ estate has taken partial responsibility for the devastating crash, which also killed Rodas. The funds will be paid into a trust for Meadow Walker, and she is expected to receive $7.2 million after attorney fees are paid.

In a statement, her lawyer addressed the settlement award. “The amount paid by the estate of Roger Rodas into a trust for Meadow Walker only covers a fraction of what her father would have earned as an international movie star had his life not tragically been cut short,” said Jeffrey Milam.
