David Bowie Dies at Age 69

On Sunday, Jan. 10, David Bowie died at age 69, his rep confirms.

The news was announced on Bowie’s official Facebook page.

“David Bowie died peacefully today surrounded by his family after a courageous 18 month battle with cancer,” the post read. “While many of you will share in this loss, we ask that you respect the family’s privacy during their time of grief.”
