Amal Clooney says she is taking on a legal battle with ISIS with the blessing of husband George Clooney, despite the inherent risks.

“This is my work,” the human rights lawyer says of her decision to attempt to bring ISIS to justice for genocide.

Clooney has recently take on ISIS sex trafficking victim Nadia Murad as a client, and the two addressed the United Nations about the atrocities happening at the hands of the terrorist network.

They have sent [Nadia] very specific threats, saying we will get you back,” Clooney explained. “This is something I discussed with my husband before I would take on something like this… And we are aware of some of the risks involved.”
