Blake Shelton Suing In Touch Weekly For False #Rehab Story

After a story was recently publishing claiming Blake Shelton went to rehab after his split from Miranda Lambert, the country singer is now suing In Touch Weekly.

Shelton filed the lawsuit on Oct. 19 and is reportedly claiming more than $1 million in damages.

“Mr. Shelton is not in rehab and has no plans to go to rehab, which Bauer would have known had it bothered to contact any of Mr. Shelton’s representatives prior to publication of its misleading Rehab Story,” the lawsuit states, according to Rolling Stone.
