Anna Wintour Nearly Mowed Down by Cyclist at the #MetGala

Close call!

Anna Wintour was nearly run over in New York City on Monday as she made her way onto the red carpet for the 2015 Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute benefit.

“As she was crossing the street, a man on a bike almost hit her and the biker had to be stopped by security,” an eyewitness told Us Weekly.

While Wintour barely flinched and continued gracefully into the event, the biker was reportedly taken away by the police.
