Taylor Swift’s Deposition Released in 2013 Groping Case

A newly-released deposition reveals that Taylor Swift felt “violated” after Denver radio DJ David Mueller allegedly put his hand up her dress at a 2013 meet and greet event.

“Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek, and no matter how much I scooted over, it was still there,” Swift said in the July deposition. “It was completely intentional, I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.”

Mueller was fired from his job based upon the accusations of Swift and her security team at the time. He has sued Swift for slander.
