Defense Witness Allegedly Shows Erin Andrews Nude Hotel Video at Recent Dinner Party

Erin Andrews’ civil trial against Marriott was delayed this week when allegations emerged on social media that a defense key witness had played nude footage of the sideline reporter and television host at a restaurant dinner party.

Andrews, 37, sued the hotel chain for its alleged negligence in the 2008 incident in which a stalker secretly recorded nude footage of her through a hotel room door, later posting it online. The perpetrator was convicted on criminal charges in 2010 and served several years in prison.

Defense witness Neal Peskind, who works for the hotel chain, claims it was friends who began viewing the video during dinner.

The trial continues next week.
