On Sunday, Jan. 10, Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama celebrated six years together.

Lovato shared a sweet photo of the couple snuggling together in bed with the caption, “6.”

The pair started dating when Lovato was 17, right before she entered rehab for substance abuse and mental health disorders.
