Demi Lovato on her Sobriety: ‘I Can’t Believe I Have Four Years’

Demi Lovato has something to celebrate, and she shared it with her fans via Twitter on March 15.

“This last year I experienced so much life and too much death,” she wrote. “But I made it through… Sober. #4Years #GodsWill.”

Lovato, 22, previously suffered from an eating disorder and drug addiction. She has been vocal about her struggles, and has often credited longtime love Wilmer Valderrama with helping to pull her out of a very a dark place.

“He never takes credit for my sobriety,” she confessed last year. “But I guarantee I wouldn’t be alive without him today.”
