Courteney Cox Admits to Plastic Surgery Regrets

Friends alum Courteney Cox, 52, recently appeared on Bear Grylls’ show Running Wild and got candid about her experiences with plastic surgery.

“I think there’s a pressure to maintain [your looks], not just because of fame, but just, you know, being a woman in this business,” Cox said of her long history in Hollywood. “I have done things that I regret, and luckily they’re things that dissolve and go away.”

Cox went on to say that she now embraces a new motto in life: “There are certain parts about getting older that are fantastic… Just let it be.”
