Alicia Quarles Gets Wings Tattoo in Honor of Late Friend #DiemBrown

In honor of what would have been her late friend Diem Brown’s 35th birthday on Friday, Alicia Quarles debuted some brand new ink.

The E! News correspondent took to Instagram to show off her latest tattoo, a pair of angel wings on the back of her neck.

“This tattoo by @bangbangnyc @georgiagreynyc is dedicated to @diembrown,” Quarles wrote in the caption. “Every time she went thru that hell called chemo, the curls on the left and right sides of her head were the only/last pieces that would fall out. We always thought it was a sign from her mom who called those little curls Diem’s angel wings, when D was a baby. Now I have my wings. Always and forever. #FCancer.”
