‘The Walking Dead’ Premiere Finally Reveals Who Negan Killed

Fans stewed all summer about which beloved character met their untimely end at the hands of Negan and his barbed wire-covered bat, Lucille. When The Walking Dead premiered on October 23, however, fans learned that it was actually two characters who were murdered by the brutal gang leader.

In scenes that were shockingly violent even for a show where carnage is commonplace, viewers watched as Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Negan first brutally bludgeoned Abraham, played by Michael Cudlitz, before turning the bat on Steven Yeun’s beloved character Glenn.

Glenn’s last words, “Maggie, I’ll find you,” are likely to echo in fans minds for seasons to come.
