The July 2 Kenny Chesney concert at Heinz Field stadium saw a total of 57 medical transports of fans, with 25 hospitalized for intoxication and alcohol-related injuries. Police also arrested five people on charges stemming from ticket theft, assault and public intoxication.

An estimated 15,000 people attended the country crooner’s concert, leaving behind what the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette referred to as a “reeking, hulking mass of garbage” that city sanitation workers are still working to clean.

This isn’t the first time the City of Pittsburgh has made headlines on Chesney’s tour. In 2013, more than 70 people were arrested for brawling in the audience.
