‘Kendra On Top’ Preview Shows Devastating Loss and Emotional Reunion

A sneak preview of the April 29 episode of Kendra On Top shows former Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson saying goodbye to her beloved grandmother, and reuniting with her estranged brother.

“I haven’t talked to my brother through these last two years,” Kendra says in the clip. “It really sucks that I had to see my brother these last couple days when my grandmother was in the hospital. I do wish that me and my brother had a reunion under better circumstances.”

When the estranged siblings embrace in Grandmother Mary Stotz’s hospital room, the feud appears to be behind them.
